Sunday Reads is a feature on my blog where I update you  weekly on what my current/recent reads are as well as thoughts and anticipation for those books!

Hello everyone! Today I’m back with another Sunday reads post. To be honest, the last month has been very unproductive for me, reading wise. I’ve been very busy with traveling and summer classes so it leaves me little room to read. I have a break this weekend from the busy-ness, since my summer class is over, so I am trying my best to get in as much reading as possible. However, I’ll be traveling/working for the rest of the summer as well so I’m going to be trying to get  back into the pace of reading, despite my busy schedule.

My current read is Open Road Summer by Emery Lord. I made a Twitter poll the other day asking about what my next read should be. I was planning to read all of them, but in the order of the least votes – highest votes (instead of picking the book with the most votes to be my first read).

So therefore, for the next week, my goals are to read Open Road Summer, Love & Gelato, Dreamology & The Raven Boys in that respective order.

So far

Open Road Summer is quite interesting so far, it is definitely not what I expected. I’ve read Emery Lord’s other 2 works, The Start of Me and You + When We Collided. I loved TSOMAY but wasn’t a huge fan of WWC. I do like the characters in ORS right now so I hope this will be a book I will like as well.

What is your currently reading? 🙂

  1. I’m not currently reading anything at the moment, but I’m planning to start A Gathering of Shadows by V.E. Schwab soon. I just finished Dream Thieves (#2 in The Raven Cycle) and loved it. I hope you enjoy The Raven Boys as much as I did!
