*This is a novella that is a companion to Maybe Someday. You do not have to read Maybe Someday to read this book, nor do you have to read this book to read Maybe Someday.*
Colleen Hoover, the New York Times bestselling author of Maybe Someday brilliantly brings to life the story of the wonderfully hilarious and charismatic Warren in a new novella, Maybe Not.
When Warren has the opportunity to live with a female roommate, he instantly agrees. It could be an exciting change.
Or maybe not.
Especially when that roommate is the cold and seemingly calculating Bridgette. Tensions run high and tempers flare as the two can hardly stand to be in the same room together. But Warren has a theory about Bridgette: anyone who can hate with that much passion should also have the capability to love with that much passion. And he wants to be the one to test this theory.
Will Bridgette find it in herself to warm her heart to Warren and finally learn to love?
This is going to be a mini-review because I don’t have a whole lot to say about this novella. Maybe Someday is absolutely AMAZING, I loved it, and was very excited to read this novella. I found that this was just terribly cute and liked it a whole lot. It was definitely a different experience being inside Warren’s head though. However, it does give us a lot of insight into Warren and Bridgette’s abnormal relationship.
I read this in about 2 sittings, I’ve been in a huge reading slump, and this definitely helped. It’s a fast paced read, definitely a Colleen Hoover story; however, very different tone from Maybe Someday.
I would also like to warn any younger audiences, this book is much more explicit so be careful!!
I definitely recommend you grab a copy of Maybe Not if you’ve read and loved Maybe Someday. The kindle version is available on Amazon right now for only $2.99!
